Golden Tate is no longer in Detroit and both Marvin Jones and Kenny Golliday are coming back from injuries. If those two aren’t 100% by the start of the season, the Lions could have some serious issues at wide receiver this season.

On the bright side, the Lions signed Danny Amendola over the summer, but he’s clearly on the downside of his career at age 33. Also, there are no proven players on the depth chart behind Jones, Golliday, and Amendola. Even if healthy, that’s not the most intimidating wide receiver trio in the league, so no one should be expecting a career year out of Matthew Stafford.
