Aaron Rodgers is no doubt thrilled to have Mike McCarthy gone, but now comes the part when he has to adjust to a new offense and work with a first-time head coach. The jury is still out on whether Rodgers will gel with Matt LaFleur’s offense.

Even if it’s a smooth transaction, Rodgers doesn’t have many proven playmakers around him outside Davante Adams. Perhaps more importantly, Rodgers knows he doesn’t have too many more good years left, and if Green Bay doesn’t get off to a fast start, he could start to get frustrated, creating more problems for the Packers in the locker room.
