25. Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle
Wilson is rarely mentioned alongside the elite quarterbacks in the NFL, but he’s surely in the second-tier of quarterbacks and one of the most consistent quarterbacks in the league. Many lose sight of the fact that he won a Super Bowl in his second season, led the league in passer rating in 2015, and led the league in touchdown passes in 2017, only to top that total in 2018. Wilson is also a threat with his legs and is perhaps the most intelligent quarterback when it comes deciding when to take off and run.
There’s no reason to think that Wilson won’t continue to be one of the most dependable quarterbacks from week to week in 2019. Outside of Tyler Lockett, Wilson is lacking wide receivers who will be well-known outside of Seattle. But that isn’t likely to stop him from having another solid season and putting the Seahawks in the playoff hunt.
