22. Cam Newton – Greg Olson
Tight end Greg Olsen has been Cam Newton’s security blanket throughout their time together in Charlotte. After two injury-shortened season in a row, Olsen looks to return to his former greatness and provide Cam a consistent option.
Newton needs it too as he has struggled with arm strength issues due to shoulder injuries that just won’t full heal. If Olsen can return to just some of his former level, Cam won’t need to average the most first downs per carry, like he did in the 2018 schedule.
21. Mitchell Trubisky – Allen Robinson
Mitchell Trubisky took a massive step forward last season, being selected to the Pro Bowl after completing 66% of his passes for 3223 yards and 24 touchdowns. He was also a threat with his legs, running for over 400 yards.
It’s no wonder then, with Trubisky at the helm, that receiver Allen Robinson had a small career renaissance after a few down years in Jacksonville. Count on those numbers to rise for both Trubisky and Robinson as the Bears look to advance deep in the playoffs this season.
