20. Jameis Winston – Mike Evans
The names in the lineup stayed the same, but there in new optimism in the form of new coach Bruce Arians, who has made it clear to Winston that he wants him to simplify his game and do the little thing right.
If Winston can minimize the errors, Mike Evans is going to have a massive year. Just look at the numbers he puts up with a quarterback prone to making bad decisions with the football.
19. Lamar Jackson – Marquise “Hollywood” Brown
Speed will be the name of the game for the Ravens this year as they look to challenge for a division title. Their offense will feature the incredibly fleet and competent passer Lamar Jackson throwing to lightening-quick Marquise “Hollywood” Brown.
Jackson, who took over in the middle of last season for Joe Flacco, will benefit from a downfield threat as he averaged just 7.1 yards per pass attempt in 2018. “Hollywood” will definitely help stretch defenses and give Lamar more room to run and throw.
