According to Welsh legend, fairies ride corgis. They’re called enchanted dogs, and their markings are said to be an outline of a harness and saddle used by fairies to lead the corgis to battle and travel!

Corgi means “dwarf dog” in Welsh. Despite their rep as spoiled, royal babies, corgis are effective herding dogs. They were low enough to the ground that they can nip cattle ankles and avoid retaliatory kicks.
