The 2004-2005 season was a tumultuous one for Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre. His his brother-in-law was killed in a freak accident on Favre’s property during the season, and his wife Deanna was diagnosed with breast cancer. While Favre still played brilliantly at times all year long, he wasn’t quite the same that season, given all the stuff going on in his life. But it all came crashing down for Favre when his Packers played the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Wild Card game. Favre did throw for 301 yards in the game, but was also intercepted four times in Green Bay’s 31-17 loss.
