This dubious distinction has to go to the “Sanchize” himself, Mr. Mark Sanchez. In the 2009 NFL Draft, the New York Jets traded their first and second round picks, plus three players (Kenyon Coleman, Abram Elam and Brett Ratliff) to the Cleveland Browns, to move up to the 5th overall pick, to secure Sanchez.

But between a lack of polish when coming out of USC, and a proclivity to enjoy the perks of being the starting quarterback in Gotham, Sanchez fell well short of expectations.
