Jones was an electric athlete during his college career at West Virginia. He was actually a high school All-American in both track and basketball, so it’s not a surprise that he was both a standout cornerback and elite kick returner in college.

Of course, several off-field incidents made some teams think twice about him. Despite being on probation on draft day, the Titans had no problem drafting him sixth overall. Ultimately, Pacman’s off-field incidents overshadowed anything he did on the field, including his only Pro Bowl selection in 2015. Jones played parts of 14 seasons in the NFL before finally retiring after the 2018 season.
