David Vaughn is the unluckiest man on this list. Vaughn began the 1997-1998 season with the Golden State Warriors but was traded to the Bull in February of 1998. The former first-round pick of the Orlando Magic played in just 3 games before being waived by the Bulls in early March.

Vaughn would never get that close to an NBA championship again. Ironically, Vaughn was picked up by the Nets later that season. He featured in one Nets playoff game against, you guessed it, the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls swept Vaughn’s Nets in 3 games. That’s cold.
