Jud Buechler came around at the right time. He signed with the Bulls the season before Jordan returned from baseball and was an important role player off the bench during the second three-peat. His clutch three-point shooting made him an invaluable asset.
Buechler left the Bulls in 1999 when it was time to rebuild after the Jordan era and player for three more teams before retiring in 2002. He spent two seasons as an assistant for the Los Angeles Lakers and is currently working as an assistant for the New York Knicks.
