The Tar Heels are losing their two dominant running backs, Javonte Williams and Michael Carter, to the NFL Draft but they recently landed transfer RB Ty Chandler from Tennessee who should come in and produce right away. If North Carolina can get it together on the defensive side of the ball, this team can and will be very dangerous.
