So little is known about Styonehenge, despite it standing erect in rural England thousands of years ago. What is known is that around 3000 BC some group of people set a ring of stones each about 13 feet high in a circle in the ground.

We also know that the monument is oriented towards the sunrise on the Summer Solstice. This draws all sorts of visitors, some seeking answers from the great ancient site and some just seeking a selfie with one of the world’s best-known relics.
