Gilbert Arenas vs. Javaris Crittendon

As silly as it might sound, one of the biggest sources of NBA “Beefs” is from unpaid debts during card games that take place on the flights between games. That’s what happened between Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittendon of the Washington Wizards, that ultimately led to the latter brandishing a gun at the former in Washington’s locker room. Arenas was charged with gun possesion, and we later realized that Crittendon was a member of the famous “Crips” gang himself, so he was no stranger to using a piece. Crittendon is in the middle of a 23-year prison sentence after (inadvertently) shooting a mother of four children.
