CNN: Susan Hendricks

Susan Hendricks is essentially the relief pitcher for CNN and its sister networks. When an anchor is out, they call Hendricks. She frequently subs for anchors on HLN, CNN, and CNN Pipeline. She is most commonly seen on Morning Express with Robin Meade.

Hendricks is married to former HLN and CNN sports anchor Joe Carter, so CNN is basically a family business for the family. One of her most memorable assignments was getting to interview Walter Cronkite when she worked for KESQ in Palm Springs, California.
