JaMarcus Russell is one of the biggest NFL Draft busts of all-time. He was an enormous quarterback who could chuck a football a quarter-mile. He had all the tools to be a great NFL quarterback except for one, the drive. Russell never bothered to learn the offensive playbook of the Raiders, preferring to rely on his natural abilities.
