Oakland Raiders, Andrew Walter (2006)

In fairness to Andrew Walter, he was an overmatched second-year guy playing for lame-duck head coach Art Shell, and an even-more lame duck offensive coordinator in John Shop. But after being named the starter in 2006 after incumbent Aaron Brooks went down with an injury, Walter went 2-6 in the eight games he played.

He did lead the Raiders to their only two wins in a season where they finished with a 2-14 record, but the Raiders didn’t really think highly enough of Walter to not take Jamarcus Russell in the ensuing NFL Draft.
