As the Executive vice president of football operations for the Miami Dolphins, Bill Parcells made two franchise-changing mistakes in the 2008 NFL Draft. First, he took offensive tackle Jake Long instead of quarterback Matt Ryan with the #1 pick in the draft. His second mistake was the simple fact he selected Chad Henne.

Henne was one of those guys who looked the part of a franchise quarterback, but was never someone who could rise to the occasion in the big game. Since arriving in the NFL, Henne has been absolutely terrible. In his second season as the starter for the Dolphins, Henne went 6-8 in 14 games, throwing 19 interceptions in 14 games, compared to only 15 touchdowns.
