#18. Jacksonville Jaguars, Blaine Gabbert (2012)
People made every rationalization available why Blaine Gabbert struggled in Jacksonville. Some blamed the learning curve of coming out of a spread offense. Some said he had bad luck with injuries.
Others blamed the offensive scheme and/or lack of a supporting cast. But the bottom line remains: Gabbert was absolutely terrible as the starting quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. In two seasons as a starter, he was 5-19, including going 1-9 in 2012.
