5. Corey Davis, drafted by the Tennessee Titans
Davis had just one scholarship offer coming out of high school. He was overlooked on the field and struggled to qualify academically, leading him to play at Western Michigan. But he hit the ground running at WMU, being named the MAC Freshman of the Year after setting a Western Michigan freshman record with 941 receiving yards on 67 catches.
It only got better from there, as David amassed over 1,400 receiving yards in each of the next three seasons. His 1,500 receiving yards as a senior gave him 5,285 career yards, making him the all-time FBS record-holder for receiving yards. He finished his career with 52 touchdowns and was both MAC Player of the Year and a First-Team All-American as a senior. Needless to say, that made him a top NFL prospect despite playing in the MAC.
