When Colin Kaepernick takes his shirt off, he has the type of body that all men want to have, and all women want to be with. As a quarterback, he isn’t necessarily one to lift obscene weight totals in the gym, but he does lift incredibly heavy weights (for the average person) with shocking ease.

Men’s Health magazine once profiled one of his offseason training workouts, discussing how he “manhandles 100-pound dumbbells” while performing reverse lunges, and used a couple of 110 lb dumbbells to perform shoulder presses with shocking ease. It’s no wonder he runs like a gazelle, clocking a 4.53 in the 40 yard dash when coming out of school.
