Way back in 2006, we were just throwing darts at tall dudes left and right in the NBA draft lottery. Andrea Bargnani went number one — we’ve already talked about him. Tyrus Thomas and Shelden Williams (do they count as tall?) went top five. Patrick O’Bryant and Mouhamed “Saer” Sene rounded out the top ten.

Sene was not much worse than the rest of that list, but he wasn’t much better either. Sene was pretty good in the (then) D League and even scored 30 points in one game, but he had only 103 in his entire NBA career and was out of the league within three seasons along with the team that drafted him, the Seattle Supersonics.
