The Sacramento Kings made one of the most shocking lottery picks in recent memory when they selected Georgios Papagiannis with the 13th pick of the 2016 draft. You have to wonder if the Kings just figured they should try to draft any Greek dude named Giannis at that point. This one did not work out as well as Antetokounmpo.

Papagiannis played only 39 games in the NBA and was a walking turnover. Quite literally, in fact — I remember watching several games where Papa G caught the ball in the post and literally walked with it, shuffling his feet several times for some of the ugliest traveling calls you’ll ever see. Papagiannis has mercifully returned to Greece after two seasons.

You forgot the Golden State Warriors mistaken high draft pick around 10 years ago, Andres Biedrins, a terrible Center and not much better person.
