Frederic Weis (France)

Weis was a French giant whose singular memorable moment came on the international stage when he was on the wrong end of one of the greatest posters of all time as Vince Carter literally dunked *over* the seven foot two behemoth, completely clearing Weis for the dunk of a lifetime.

Weis himself was the number 15 pick in the 1999 draft, angering New York Knicks fans who preferred Queensbridge’s own Metta World Peace (then Ron Artest), who was taken one pick later. The only thing Weis ever contributed to New York was being traded for the rights to Patrick Ewing Jr. years later, completing the circle of being dunked on once and for all. Weis never actually played a game in the NBA.
