The NBA stands for National Basketball Association, but it’s an international basketball league in 2019. An international team just won the 2019 championship, and that Canadian team was made up of players from Cameroon, Great Britain, Republic of the Congo, Spain, Saint Lucia, the United States, Canada, and more. But not every international basketball player is a success. In fact, plenty of Toronto Raptors international picks have been busts before they finally got the right collection of players to win the 2019 championship.

So why are the biggest international NBA player busts of all time? Canadian former number one pick Andrew Wiggins tried to make this list but in true Wiggins fashion, he missed. Wiggins feels like a bust, but it’s hard to be a bust when you’ve made over $170 million in your career and average almost 20 points a game.
