9. Chris Paul
Since entering the league in 2005 as the #4 pick of the New Orleans Hornets, Paul has made it clear that he’s a once-in-a-generation guard. Historically speaking, CP3 already ranks 9th in all-time assists and 13th in all-time steals. For those who prefer analytics over traditional stats, Paul ranks 6th all-time in career PER (player efficiency rating). Quite an impressive list of accomplishments for a guy who is barley 6-feet tall.
Due to his lack of success in the playoffs, fans often forget Paul has put up numbers that make it hard to argue that he’s any worse than the 7th best point guard in NBA history, among superstars and legends such as; Steve Nash, Stephen Curry, Isiah Thomas, John Stockton, Oscar Robertson and Magic Johnson.
