16. Vince Carter
Vince Carter’s playoff resume isn’t anything to write home about, but there’s no denying his impact on the NBA during the late 90s and 2000s. The Raptors acquired Carter in a draft day trade with the Warriors, and VC tore up the league in his rookie season; averaging 18.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1 to 2 jaw-dropping dunks per game. Fueled by his show-stopping dunks, Toronto became must-see TV and Carter earned the nickname “Vinsanity.”
Entering the 2019-2020 NBA season, Carter will be 42 years old, making him the oldest player in the NBA. As of this moment, he ranks 20th all-time among NBA players in scoring. He’s joined teams just after they were coming off NBA Finals appearances over the course of his career, but it’s very likely he’ll finish his career without a championship.
