Best: Las Vegas Raiders – Ken Stabler
The Snake didn’t play his whole career in Oakland, but it’s where he made his name. Stabler won everything there is to win as a player. He was an NFL MVP, a Pro Bowler, an All-Pro selection and a Super Bowl Champion. He left the Raiders as their all-time leader in completions, passing yards, and touchdowns. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hal of Fame in 2016.
Worst: Las Vegas Raiders – JaMarcus Russell
JaMarcus Russell is one of the biggest NFL Draft busts of all-time. He was an enormous quarterback who could chuck a football a quarter-mile. He had all the tools to be a great NFL quarterback except for one, the drive. Russell never bothered to learn the offensive playbook of the Raiders, preferring to rely on his natural abilities. That may fly in college but not in the NFL. He completed just 52% of his passes and threw 5 more interceptions than touchdowns. He was out of the league after 3 seasons.
