1. Vanderbilt University
What fans say: One Yelp review began with, “ This is quite possibly the oldest and most cramped SEC Stadium in all of college football” This reviewer went on to rage against the seating saying, “70-year-old aluminum bleacher-style seats are horrible. Just horrible. They’re 400 degrees in the hot summer sun… and the aisles are so cramped and jammed together”
What we say: Well we’ve found it, the worst stadium in college football. The bleachers are too tight, the bathrooms are too small and too few, and worst of all, no alcohol sales. If you’re going through the pain to actually watch Vanderbilt football, the least they could do is provide you with beer to dull the pain. It’s no wonder Vanderbilt can’t gather momentum for their football team, they play in a building no one wants to go to. That is except for maybe fans of the opposing team, figuring at least Nashville is a good away weekend destination.
