Popular Mechanics: “The “Sea of Red” has now grown to around 85,000, which famously qualifies the stadium as the third-largest city in Nebraska anytime the Cornhuskers take the field. Memorial Stadium creates one of the country’s most canyon-like bowls for a steep seating rake.”

Our Take: Second year head coach, and Husker hero, Scott Frost has Memorial Stadium poised for a revival after recent struggles. This cavernous sea of red will be rocking if Frost can get the Husker’s off to a good start and challenging for a Big Ten title. Memorial Stadium should be on the bucket list of every college football fan’s bucket list of stadiums to watch a game.
