Claiborne is not currently on a roster, but he’ll no doubt find a home by the time the new season starts. Morris Claiborne was the top cornerback taken in the 2012 draft and walked into a starting job with the Cowboys after Dallas paid a premium to trade up for him, giving up their first and second round picks. Claiborne began his career with a bang, returning a fumble for a touchdown as a rookie and adding an interception, too.

Claiborne never quite lived up to the draft hype. After 11 interceptions in two seasons as the starter at LSU, he’s recorded only seven in seven NFL seasons. After five years with the Cowboys, he moved on to the New York Jets and remains a rotation corner.
