The one thing virtually every fan of the Washington Wizards will agree with is that they hate current General Manager Ernie Grunfeld. But before Grunfeld came to town, previous GM Wes Unfeld had made some terrible moves – one of which included trading away forward Chris Webber for a washed-up Mitch Richmond and forward Otis Thorpe.

Thorpe played a grand total of three forgettable seasons in Washington, finishing with career-lows in scoring in each year he was there. Meanwhile, Webber led the resurrection of the previously moribund Sacramento Kings, being named to the All-NBA second team three times, and being named to the All-Star game five times.
