David Bowie is the picture of creativity and artistry. While he was not everyone’s cup of tea, there is no denying his unique style and incredible influence on the music of the 20th century and beyond. Born in London in the late 1940s, David Bowie wouldn’t settle for just being David Bowie.
So, to help harness his inner star, Bowie created the alter ego, Ziggy Stardust. Together, Bowie and Stardust would push the boundaries of music in the second half of the 20th century. He also was responsible for a key role in the bizarre film Labyrinth.
