You know when you get fired from your own heavy metal band for drug and alcohol problems, you really must have a problem. Ozzy Osbourne didn’t found Black Sabbath but was one of the first people founder Geezer Butler recruited to join. The “Prince of Darkness”, as he became known, helped the band to worldwide fame and success.

Dismissed in 1979, Osbourne went on to a successful solo career before rejoining the band in 1997. Recently, Osbourne has had to cancel tour dates with the band as he has struggled with various health issues. Last year, the 72-year-old announced he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
