A virtually-unknown and even-more overlooked coming out of Eastern Illinois University, Tony Romo went totally undrafted in 2003, and went from becoming a backup quarterback who caught the attention of several NFL teams, to being handed the starting job of America’s most famous (or infamous) team in place of a struggling Drew Bledsoe.
