18. Matthew Stafford – Kenny Golladay
The Detroit Lions showed their faith in Kenny Golladay last year when they traded star receiver Golden Tate to the Giants midway through season. Golladay repaid that faith by going for over 1,000 yards, but just catching 5 touchdowns.
Stafford and the Lions will be hoping for more catches in the end zone if the hope to compete in the tough AFC North in coach Matt Patricia’s second season.
17. Jimmy Garoppolo – George Kittle
Jimmy Garoppolo will be counting on tight end George Kittle massively this season as he looks to return to the field after missing nearly all of the 2018 season due to injury. 49er fans will be eager to figure out just what they have in the much-hyped Garoppolo despite having only seen him start a handful of games for their team.
Kittle, the former Iowa Hawkeye, has proven to be an invaluable weapon for the 49er’s offense racking up over 1,300 receiving yards despite not having their starting quarterback for the majority of the season.
