28. Josh Rosen – Devante Parker
Dumped by the team that drafted him, Rosen looks to make a fresh start with the Dolphins in his second professional season. After losing number 1 receiver Kenny Stills in the Laremy Tunsil trade with the Texans, Rosen is left with Parker as his first choice receiver.
After catching only 24 passes for 309 yards last season, there are big questions about whether Parker is the guy to make an impact for Rosen and the Dolphins.
27. Jacoby Brissett – TY Hilton
Jacoby Brissett was more shocked than anyone to learn that Andrew Luck was retiring right before the 2019 season started. Fortunately for Brissett and the Colts, the new starter was used to replacing Luck, starting 15 games for the Colts in the 2017 season.
TY Hilton had the second lowest number of receiving yards in his entire career with Brissett under center, but that was under a different coaching regime. We’ll see if Colts coach, Frank Reich, can get more out of the pair than his predecessor did.
