21. Auto Club Speedway – Fontana, CA
Often times the best part of a NASCAR race is the crowd and atmosphere at the venue. People go to races to watch the cars, but also to drink beer and barbecue. Unfortunately, in Fontana the fans forgot this and just don’t really show up.
It’s really a shame the track doesn’t get very good attendance, as the tw0-mile, D-shaped oval makes for interesting races and has recently led to some close finishes. Here’s hoping the crowds in Southern California get it together and show up for a race.
