9. Atlanta Motor Speedway – Hampton, GA
Every NASCAR fan knows the oldest tracks make the best racing, and Atlanta Motor Speedway is poof of that. This 1.54-mile quad oval was built in 1960 and since it’s very first race has been an institution in the circuit.
Atlanta Motor Speedway currently hosts NASCAR’s annual Labor Day race, which is a pretty big honor. Atlanta is home to three major professional sports teams, yet the biggest crowds of the year show up to Atlanta Motor Speedway when a race is in town.
