Rob Gronkowski, New England Patriots
After spending years rehabbing his body in the offseason from the myriad of injuries he sustained during the season, Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots is finally entering training camp at 100% health. Coming up in 30 years old, Gronkowski still works as hard as anyone in the weight room, performing your classic Olympic weight lifting exercises, but “Gronk” has also recently been incorporating a lot of workouts from teammate Tom Brady’s “TB12” workout regiment, which focuses on maximum flexibility and pliability.
Working with Brady’s infamous trainer, Alex Guerrero, Gronkowski has also adapted parts of the recommended TB12 nutrition plan, which helps the body avoid inflammation. The only downside, the TB12 nutrition plan promotes avocado ice cream as dessert. That just feels wrong!
