What’s almost visible here is a graffiti pattern that is laid into the fabric of the jersey. It’s reminiscent of that you’d see in the New York City subway system.

The shoulder caps of the alternate color are an ok look. It gives the uniform something to catch the eye, which is good because the men inside the uniform have done that for the better part of a decade.
