As a second-round pick, Jordan offered plenty of promise when the Jets drafted him in 2001. But he didn’t get much of a chance in four seasons serving as the backup to Curtis Martin. He finally caught his big break when he moved to the Raiders in 2005, rushing for over 1,000 yards and scoring nine touchdowns. He also caught 70 passes, leading all running backs and accumulating another 563 yards. But he was sidelined by a knee injury the following year and never got another chance to be a feature back.
