18. Miami Dolphins – Original Pick: Austin Jackson, OT, USC
When the Dolphins originally selected Jackson at 18 he was looked at as more of a long-term piece who would maybe take some time to develop into an everyday player.
Jackson ended up surprising Miami on his way to appearing in 13 games including 12 starts. According to Pro Football Focus, he was responsible for five penalties and four sacks in 848 snaps.
New Pick: Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama
Even though Jackson was a pleasant surprise for the Fins, they have needs to fill at wide receiver and Jerry Jeudy is simply too talented to let fall any longer. With the right QB and the right system, Jeudy can be as good as any wideout in this draft class.
