Back in his hey day, it wasn’t just because of his incredible leaping ability that Dwight Howard got the (self-anointed) nickname of Superman. He had the chiseled body and bulging biceps of the Man of Steel, only if Clark Kent was stretched out to be 6’10. And it’s not all just for show either; there was an internet video that went viral a few years back, showing Howard putting up 365 pounds on the bench press. Howard had a body that nearly any athlete would kill for, but severely lacked the competitive fire to take advantage of all that God-given natural athletic talent.
