Charles Oakley
If John Starks was the mouthpiece of the Pat Riley’s brutally brash New York Knicks of the early-to-mid 1990’s, then Charles Oakley was undoubtedly the team’s enforcer. To this day, he’s still regarded as one of the most fearsome guys in the NBA to play against. Oakley was one of the greatest rebounders in NBA history as well, finishing in the top ten in rebounds per game five times between 1987 and 1994 (including second in the NBA in 1987 and 1988).
These days, when he’s not hanging out with Michael Jordan as a member of the latter’s entourage, Oaklay is trying his hand at playing basketball. Specifically, with the formation of the BIG3 basketball league, featuring 3-on-3 basketball comprised of former NBA legends, Oakley was trying his hand at both playing and coaching his “Killer 3’s” team in said league.
