NBA star Kevin Durant scored big off the court, selling his luxurious Miami penthouse for $3.15 million — nearly double what he paid. Durant purchased the 3,793-square-foot condo in 2011 for $1.825 million.

Located atop the 900 Biscayne Bay skyscraper, the three-bedroom, five-bathroom condo includes nearly 1,000 square feet of terraces, stunning city views, and a home theater.

According to the Miami Herald, the buyer, an unnamed Colombian businessman, plans to rent out the condo for $22,000 per month.

With Durant’s 2016 free agency looming, Thunder fans hope the sale removes the Miami Heat from Durant’s list of potential free agency destinations.
