2009 — Xavier Henry

Xavier Henry was yet another failed Kansas lottery pick from the past decade — that’s nine now, if you’re counting, with only Embiid as even a moderate success. Henry never really found his rhythm in the NBA, bouncing around between the Grizzlies, Hornets, and Lakers and spending as much time on the injured list as any of their active rosters.

When he did play, he was terrible, with a career 95 offensive rating, and his teams were five points worse per 100 possessions with him on the court. Not exactly what Memphis was expecting when Henry made the leap to the NBA after just one season at Kansas.
