Ryan Leaf
Ryan Leaf is the type of jerk who strolls through life believing that he’s above any type of coaching or criticism. Before he ever played an NFL game, he blew off the final day of the mandatory NFL rookie symposium, because he clearly didn’t need to hear anything they had to say. After a miserable performance during his rookie year, which led to his infamous “Knock it off!” outburst at San Diego Union Tribune reporter Jay Posner, he half-heartedly read a written apology, and made a snarky comment after the apology, which clearly proved he had zero remorse for his actions.
If that wasn’t enough, he disdainfully threw the note the apology was written on, like it was a piece of trash he had no interest in. Of course, this is the same guy who preferred spending time hanging out by himself on the golf course while the team’s quarterbacks would gather to watch film, even though his employer was paying him to be the leader of their franchise. After his embarrassing NFL career, Leaf has struggled to stay out of trouble, racking up at least 5 separate instances with the law for illegal substances and burglary.
