9. Stefon Diggs, Vikings (Stay-Away)
Diggs posted his first-ever 1,000-yard season last year, not to mention a career-high 102 catches, nearly 20 more than his previous high. He’s slowly become a bona fide top-10 fantasy wide receiver. However, higher expectations tend to lead to disappointment, which is why Diggs will end up being a fantasy bust in 2019.
For starters, he’s still competing with Adam Thielen for targets. Both can also expect to see fewer targets this season with the Vikings likely to run the ball more with Dalvin Cook, as long as Cook can stay healthy. Despite impressive numbers, Kirk Cousins hasn’t proved to be a winning quarterback, and so the Vikings will have to find different ways to win, which will be bad news for fantasy owners of Diggs, Thielen, and Cousins.
