3. Rashaad Penny, Seahawks (Sleeper)
The Seahawks were expecting so much more out of Penny during his rookie season in 2018. Keep in mind that he was drafted over the likes of Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, who had far more successful rookie campaigns. But fantasy folks shouldn’t give up on Penny just yet. Remember, he rushed for 1,000 yards during his junior year at San Diego State and followed it up with over 2,200 yards as a senior, so he can be productive if given a chance.
This year, Penny is likely to get more of a chance after watching Mike Davis and Chris Carson take his job after an injury kept him on the sidelines early in the season. With Davis gone and Carson coming back from an injury, Penny will likely get a second chance to show why he the Seahawks made him a 1st-round pick in 2018.
